D.A. Harrison’s Ready-Mix Concrete division was established in 1974 at our Sand Quarry in Aldoth. Since then, the operation has grown to become one of the largest ready-mix concrete suppliers in Cumbria.

We now operate plants in Silloth, Carlisle, Workington, Penrith, and our newest facility in Kendal. All of our ready-mix plants comply with BSI standards and are committed to delivering a service that is second to none. Our concrete is tested daily by our in-house technician to ensure full compliance with British Standards.

We supply ready-mix concrete for projects of all sizes, from small DIY jobs through to large-scale developments. Deliveries are carried out by our modern fleet of mixer trucks, available in 6m³ and 8m³ capacities.

We offer a range of ready-mix solutions to suit your requirements, including ready-mix concrete and Harrison’s flowing floor screed. All products can be ordered directly from our plants, and our knowledgeable team is always available to provide technical advice and support.
